Return maintenance refers to the original import and export goods due to damage, short, unqualified quality, specifications, delay in delivery or other reasons are returned。This provision applies to general returned goods。
Information provided at the time of submission of the application form (accompanied by documents at the time of declaration) :
Export repair goods import clearance:
1.Import declaration form, return agreement, invoice, packing list, bill of lading and agency agreement for customs declaration;
2.Return application form (indicating the basic situation of the original export goods and returned imported goods, the reasons for return, the original export release date, the number of the inspection certificate, whether there is no tax refund certificate, or the number of the tax payment certificate, and the expected entry time of return);
3.Original export declaration, contract, invoice, packing list;
4.The original inspection certificate of unqualified quality or non-conformity of the original (import) goods or other relevant supporting documents issued by a qualified commodity inspection institution;
5.Certificate of Tax Refund (Exemption) on Export Goods issued by the State Taxation Bureau in charge;
6.Product photos (indicating the corresponding declaration number, product name, brand and model number);
7.Copy of company registration certificate and business license;
8.Other information deemed necessary by the Customs。

Note: Tips:
The return shall be inspected at the port of destination, and the certificate of in-process inspection can be completed before the arrival of the goods at the port. After the arrival of the goods at the port, the in-process inspection personnel shall carry out the next inspection of the goods, and the original certificate of in-process inspection can be used for declaration。
